Government Support

A number of Government Departments are active in the area of sustainability and therefore may have an interest in resource efficiency in the construction sector.  In addition to BERR and DEFRA, the following Departments and Programmes were identified as the main originators of UK policy that could impact on the construction sector, and key providers of support in areas such as resource efficiency and waste minimisation.
