Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund  

The Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund (ALSF) was started to complement the Aggregates Levy in reducing the impacts of aggregates (sand, gravel and crushed rock) extraction. ALSF grants are distributed on behalf of Defra by local authorities. The types of project and the communities targeted by each local authority are for the authority to decide.

The Community Buildings Programme

The Community Buildings Programme was a three year England wide programme that gave communities the chance to improve their quality of life by funding buildings that were economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. Applications closed 30 April 2007.

 

RDAs  

RDAs have funds to assist in economic development and regeneration of the region; promote business efficiency, investment and competitiveness, and to contribute to sustainable development.
